Anna Zharova holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Consulting and Development from the College of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Consulting from the Tel Aviv University. She is a specialist in the field of non-formal education with almost a decade of experience. Her main area of expertise is social entrepreneurship and leadership programs, knowledge development and organizational behavior. For the last nine years she had been working at the Jewish Agency’s Russian Speaking Jewry Unit and was holding the position of the director of educational leadership projects and organizational development for non-profit organizations in the FSU. She was responsible for the general development of the networking of communal initiatives and enterprises, fostering working relationships and collaboration between them, optimizing the use of the common resources and organizing the annual Entrepreneurship conference in Israel for grassroots educators and leaders. She is alumni of the Presentense Venture Accelerator, specialization – Innovation management and project development.
Today she is holding position of International Communications director at New Door — International Social Entrepreneurship Accelerator. Besides she is co-founder of NGO Israeli Friends of Ukraine and represents International Organization Global Ukraine in Israel. Global Ukrainians are involved in various projects in the sphere of public diplomacy, including informational and political projects, cultural diplomacy, business diplomacy, analytical diplomacy, social and humanitarian programs including in the medical field.
Nowadays Ann’s main occupation is developer of social businesses, lector in different forums and conferences and integrator of business projects in Israel and Ukraine as well.
